One-to-One Coaching

Your core can feel far away

You don’t have to know yet where this should lead. We start with what is here now.

From the outside, there may not be much going on.

You do what is asked of you, you keep things running, you adapt where that seems necessary.

But inside, more is going on. You hold yourself back, leave unsaid what you do feel, say yes when you mean no, step over your own boundaries without noticing. You lie awake going over a conversation. You bottle up what gets no room. Or you live mostly from your head, while your body speaks a language you no longer understand so well. Perhaps you can name exactly what is going on. Perhaps you only sense that something in you is asking to be heard. For more room, more realness, more contact with what lives below the surface.

What can come about

Standing more firmly, from the inside

Feeling again what you need, and daring to follow it. Less going over things, because you no longer leave yourself behind in a situation. Standing more firmly from the inside, rather than just holding yourself upright.

Speaking up from connection, rather than from a trigger or from silence. Holding your boundaries without apologising for them. Living closer to yourself and daring to live the life you want, even when not everyone understands it. Because anyone who needs to be liked by everybody has given away too much of themselves somewhere. And perhaps most important of all: that you start to look at yourself more kindly. That you make room for every part of you. That you come to be more rooted in your own strength, because you know who you are and what you need.

Two people in conversation, outside in the green.

Something in you is asking to be heard. A one-to-one programme makes room to really stop there. With your question, your need or your longing as the starting point. And with genuine care for what is alive in you.

What a programme looks like

Ten sessions, with a quiet arc

We move between talking and experiencing. The conversation, with open and sometimes bold questions that invite you to look inwards. And the body, because in your head you can reason endlessly while your body has known something else for a long time. A full programme is ten sessions of 75 minutes, with a quiet arc running through it.

A hand resting on an arm.
  1. Intake We explore what is going on: your question or your need. It doesn’t have to be concrete when you start.
  2. Three coaching sessions Here we go deeper, we look and we mirror. Always back to what it touches in you, and where that comes from.
  3. Integration session Not going deeper, but room to let what has been touched settle in your body. Through integration exercises, sound or healing touch.
  4. Three more coaching sessions Going further, following whatever has started to move.
  5. Second integration session Room again to let things land. This is also the moment to feel whether you want to extend the programme.
  6. Closing We pause at the harvest and at what has shifted, and we look ahead. Intentions are set for what comes next.

Between the sessions you stay in touch with the work. You take reflection questions with you and, where it fits, an exercise to go deeper. Following whatever is alive in you. Would you rather first experience what it is like to work this way? Then you can begin with a single session, as a way of getting to know the work. Starting the full programme straight away is also possible. Not sure what suits you? Then we can feel that out together in a conversation.

Going further

Mentorship

People embracing after a session.

Sometimes you are not so much looking for guidance in your own process, but for someone who looks along with you and thinks with you from a particular way of seeing the world. That is mentorship.

Where coaching is entirely about your question — I guide the process, and the wisdom comes from you — mentorship is more reciprocal. You can ask questions, bring in cases, think out loud about something you are in the middle of. A different dynamic: more exchange. It fits, for instance, if you are building something of your own, or if you want more than work on your own process and would like to think things through with someone who lives this work too. Mentorship follows the same structure, at a higher rate. With the option of making it a longer programme.

Why with me

I bring it back to you

Back to you

Not to the other person where the friction sits, not to what ‘should’ be, but to what it does to you, where it comes from, and what you need. That is where the room appears for something to really shift.

Understanding and feeling

Here you don’t have to choose. I know both worlds, the head and the body, and if you are someone who thinks a lot, I take you inwards without it becoming vague. Rooted in years of experience and a multi-year coaching training, and always tuning in to what comes up in you in the moment.

Your pace

Here the questions you walk around yourself can be asked. Clear and direct where that helps, and gentle at the same time, because there is nothing that is not allowed to be there. Your boundaries and your pace come first; everything is an invitation, never a must. That is exactly what lets you open up what you otherwise keep hidden.

Experiences

Over the past year I found a place with Els where I was completely allowed to be myself. A wonderful human being, fully there for you, for what wants to be felt in the moment and for whatever turns up. Her warm presence creates a bed in which you can slow down, feel, and come home to yourself more and more. The combination of gentleness, depth and real presence has given me a great deal. I am grateful for this remarkable journey.

Els is an intuitive coach who asks the right questions, so that you arrive at the insights you need yourself. With her gentle yet decisive approach she gets to the heart of it. Highly recommended.

I found the work together pleasant. I was listened to well and I felt understood. There was room to express myself during the exercises, and everything could be talked about. I felt free to share what I was running into in my daily life. What has stayed with me is that I showed my vulnerable side and was able to talk about it. I would recommend it, particularly if you really want to work with your body and your spiritual side.
